HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period of delivery is made up of two periods:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days)

2) Delivery  time 

EU Standard (2-7 business days)

UK Standard (3-7 business days)

Rest of the World (5-12 business days)

We provide FREE Standard shipping on orders above 200€.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be actived within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KY Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

N.B. From 1 January 2021, due to Brexit, shipments to the United Kingdom with a total amount of purchased items exceeding £ 135.00 include customs duties and any other costs that are to be paid by the customer. In no case the Customer Service is aware of the amount of these costs because they vary for each country and it is not possible to report them at the conclusion of the order.
